Chris Unruh is a Principal with Grant Thornton in the Business Application practice. Chris is the national practice leader of our ERP/HCM offering. Over the past couple of years, Chris has led the transition of the practice from a legacy on-premise to a leading Cloud practice. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he was a partner with MarketSphere Consulting, serving as its ERP/HCM national practice leader. Before that, Chris was an ERP leader in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice.
Chris has more than 23 years of experience and specializes in providing financial and human capital management solutions across a broad range of industries. His expertise includes financial/HCM process analysis as well as system design and implementation. He brings extensive experience managing multiple solution implementations ranging from custom development to packaged systems. Chris’s experience includes working directly with organizations in the business processes of finance, budgeting, planning, manufacturing, human resources, and payroll systems. He has led numerous complex multi-site implementations, including the establishment of shared service centers.
