Executive summary


Karen Hudson is Grant Thornton's Chief Sales Officer. She leads the firm’s national business development team, which works with clients to understand their strategic objectives and bring them the right audit, tax and advisory solutions. Her role also encompasses sales recruiting, training, enablement and sales compensation. In addition, Karen advises on broader growth strategies and initiatives and serves on Grant Thornton's Growth Committee and its National Leadership Team.

Karen is an accomplished senior sales executive with an established track record of delivering business results, forging strategic client relationships, and building high-performing teams that help clients develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, she held a variety of roles at IBM, including Vice President of Retail and Consumer Industries.

She lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband and their three children.
