Todj helps lead Grant Thornton’s Transaction Services Diligence practice in Boston. With approximately 20 years as a financial and advisory professional, he has experience assisting both financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers in complex cross-border merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. He has lead over a hundred transaction services projects for private equity and corporate clients over the past decade.
Todj has led due diligence assignments involving target companies across the Americas, Asia and EMEA including leveraged buyouts, growth acquisitions, strategic mergers and complex carve-out transactions. He has performed seller services for multiple clients’ sale of divisions, subsidiaries and entire entities.
Todj joined Grant Thornton in 2014. Prior to 2014, Todj worked at Deloitte for a decade in Boston and San Francisco. In addition he has experience as a Corporate Controller for publically traded entities with revenue ranging from $100 million to $1 billion. Todj’s transaction experience includes leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects focused on financial quality of earnings analyses (QofE), tax, IT and human capital issues impacting the transaction.
