Pete Colley has 25 years of experience, principally in the federal and state and local tax areas. He also has extensive experience with acquisitions, transaction due diligence, income tax accounting methods, consolidated returns, the design and implementation of multistate restructuring projects, tax controversy, and FAS 109 accounting for income taxes.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton in Atlanta, Colley was a tax partner with KPMG for approximately 12 years and served several Fortune 500 consumer-driven businesses from offices in Detroit, New York, Boston, Chicago and Atlanta.
