Andy Ross is a principal in Grant Thornton’s Valuation Services practice in San Francisco and leads valuation services for the firm’s Northern California offices. Ross has more than 17 years of professional experience working with numerous public and private clients on financial reporting, litigation, transaction advisory and strategic planning. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Ross worked in construction management and litigation with O’Brien-Kreitzberg & Associates, in valuation with PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Huron Consulting Group, and in investment banking with BayMark and Sutter Securities. He was also CFO for MagnetPoint, a startup communications software company.
