Bradley J. Preber is the national managing partner for Business Risk Services, which includes anti-corruption; investigation; litigation and dispute resolution; valuation; and forensic technology services, such as eDiscovery, eForensics and data analytics. Preber has more than 30 years of experience serving as a consultant, expert witness, forensic accountant and fraud investigator. He frequently speaks, writes and teaches on fraud-related matters.
Preber has assessed, investigated, documented, reported and testified in cases alleging fraud, waste and abuse, including casino fraud investigations; civil and criminal fraud claims and indictments; director and officer insurance claims; investigation of executive officers, management and directors; whistleblower claims under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002; and suitability of large multinational corporate and individual applicants for U.S. gaming licenses. Preber is also a seasoned expert witness testifier on damages and accounting matters. Preber frequently serves as a neutral accounting arbitrator.
Most recently, Consulting magazine named Preber a Top 25 Consultant in 2019. This annual listing, which focuses on the 25 professionals making the greatest impact in the consulting industry, profiled Preber for his “excellence in leadership.”
