Dan has more than 33 years of public accounting experience, and has provided accounting, tax and advisory services to a variety of businesses. He has served numerous large and mid-sized companies with both domestic and foreign operations.
Dan has extensive experience in consolidated return issues, S corporation and partnership return issues, accounting for income tax issues, net operating loss utilization, state and local tax planning, issues surrounding mergers and acquisitions, and individual tax and family wealth planning matters. He also lived and worked for two years in Bangalore, India helping to set up the Grant Thornton Shared Services Center.
