Wade has over 20 years of experience serving tax clients in various capacities and specialties, including extensive tax controversies experience over a broad range of clients including several Fortune 100 energy companies, a Major League Baseball team, global retailers, airlines, investment funds, high-wealth individuals, and many others. His Tax Controversies specialty is handling IRS case management for primarily LB%26I cases at both the Examination and Appeals levels. As a Managing Director in TPQ, Wade also manages policy, procedure, and risk in connection with GT's provision of tax services.
