Anthony Leung has more than 20 years of experience in the United States and internationally in the audits of public and private companies, primarily in the semiconductor industry. He manages a portfolio of clients and provides expert advice on accounting and financial reporting for complex transactions, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, business combinations, derivatives and hedging activities.
He has provided audit services to a number of companies regarding U.S. and SEC accounting and reporting matters in connection with their IPOs, New York Stock Exchange/Nasdaq listings, and private placements via Rule 144A. Leung is also the leader of the Conflict Minerals Reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards steering committees in Grant Thornton’s Bay Area offices. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Leung was in the assurance services group of one of the Big Four firms, where he served on audits ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in the technology sector.
