Frank Kurre serves as Grant Thornton's managing partner for the Metro New York/New England market territory, which is headquartered in Manhattan and consists of the Metro New York, Boston, Connecticut and Rhode Island offices. Previously, he was the national managing partner of Grant Thornton’s Not-For-Profit and Higher Education practices.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he served as partner-in-charge of the Northeast not-for-profit practice at Arthur Andersen. Kurre has more than 28 years of experience working with not-for-profit organizations. In addition to financial and compliance audits, his experience includes special projects relating to government compliance issues, operational studies, board governance, budget reviews, treasury consulting, construction auditing, financial reporting, internal audit evaluations, fundraising development and forensic auditing. Kurre has served as an adjunct professor at several colleges and universities.
