Steve helps lead the regional FS industry program and provides oversight over key accounts; Steve also provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support practice development and client engagements.
Steve retired as Principal at Grant Thornton in 2014, returning to the firm in October, 2016. Prior to his return to Grant Thornton, Steve served as Principal and Chair of the Financial Services Advisory Practice for Berdon LLP, a regional audit and advisory firm in New York. Steve has also served as Principal in the Financial Services practice at Deloitte, in New York. His client service experience his included many strategic, internal audit, regulatory and operational assignments at many leading investment banks, investment advisors (PE and hedge funds), capital markets, securities exchanges. Most recently, Steve has been examining the potential impact of disruptive technologies such as Blockchain on the financial services industry.
