Phil Gaglio is a managing director for Forensic and Valuation Services and is leader of Grant Thornton’s Valuation Services practice in Detroit. Gaglio has more than 25 years of valuation, financial analysis and litigation support experience and has determined lost profits and related damages resulting from breach of contract, wrongful acts, patent and intellectual property infringement, business interruption, fraudulent conveyances, condemnation, and other causes. He has qualified and testified as an expert witness on numerous occasions in U.S. District Court and various state circuit courts.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Gaglio was a principal at a boutique valuation and litigation consulting firm for 14 years, as well as a financial consultant specializing in litigation support and business valuations in the Washington, D.C., office of PwC.
