Kevin Bennett is a principal and practice leader for Grant Thornton’s Forensics and Valuation Services practice in Minneapolis with more 20 years of experience in forensic accounting; global anti-bribery and anti-corruption; and complex business litigation. He has worked on behalf of special committees to boards of directors, advising them on complex accounting investigations and the application of GAAP; matters related to revenue recognition; inventory and reserves manipulation; and other earnings management issues, as well as conducted investigations into misappropriation of assets, embezzlement, purchasing fraud and whistleblower allegations. Bennett regularly presents the results of his investigations to the SEC, FDIC and other government regulators.
