Vallerie Dallago is a managing director in the firm’s Tax Services practice in Phoenix. She has more than 20 years of experience with federal and state tax in public accounting and industry. Dallago advises clients on centralizing operations to improve efficiency and leverages her skills in accounting, taxation, process improvement and project management to accomplish client goals. She is responsible for supporting the firm’s tax data processing initiative, including the onshore and offshore outsourcing program.

In addition, she leads development, delivery and maintenance on all tax process, which includes compliance with SALT, personal property tax, real estate property tax, and sales and use tax. She also handles business and partnership compliance for outsourcing, individual compliance, partnership compliance, and not-for profit compliance. She also conducts general consulting, R&D tax credit, capital cost recovery, private wealth services consulting, sales and use tax reverse audit, transfer pricing, and various accounting for income tax processes.

Dallago previously worked in a Big Four tax process solutions group, where she conducted tax process analysis and re-engineering engagements, and managed large outsourcing engagements. She has also worked in large multinational companies in the semi-conductor, telecommunications and mining industries.
