Grant Thornton opens new office in Albany

Celebrating its grand opening on Oct. 24, new office enhances employee collaboration and engagement to better serve clients

ALBANY, N.Y — Grant Thornton LLP will celebrate the grand opening of its new Albany office, located at 66 South Pearl Street, suite 1200, on Tuesday, Oct. 24.

“We have entered a new phase of investment and relationship-building with the community in Albany, as evidenced by our new office and growing staff,” said Frank Kurre, Northeast region managing partner at Grant Thornton. “Relocating our office to the top floor of the Key Bank building enhances our service offerings by providing our people with multiple options for collaboration, including team rooms and multipurpose spaces, as well as quiet rooms and individual workstations for independent projects.”

Grant Thornton’s Albany office has more than 9,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 160 personnel. The thoughtful, state-of-the-art work arrangements feature a variety of workspaces ranging from multi-purpose boardrooms to quiet rooms to private offices and workstations with both seated and standing desks. All workspaces have access to natural light as well as modern conference and team rooms, which include the most current AV and video conferencing capabilities.
