Meet Greg Rineberg, a SALT Manager at Grant Thornton’s Philadelphia office
Greg Rineberg is a State and Local Tax (SALT) manager in Grant Thornton's Philadelphia office. Greg has expertise in tax compliance, municipal-level income and franchise taxation, apportionment studies, and nexus studies with risk assessments.
Greg’s industry experience includes working with clients in the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, power and utilities and retail industries. Greg is based in Philadelphia, but his work with Grant Thornton also included two years in the Bangalore, India office, during which he helped identify and develop a team of individuals skilled in state and local tax matters.
Greg earned a bachelor of arts degree from Rutgers University and a master of business administration degree from LaSalle University. Greg has a CPA license in Pennsylvania and is a member of the AICPA and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
