The list is compiled by Vault Inc., a global research firm best known for its influential company rankings and reviews of thousands of top employers. The culture rankings are part of Vault’s overall assessment of the top 50 accounting firms in the U.S. over the past year (in which Grant Thornton ranked No. 4 overall
), and is based on confidential feedback from employees.
