As part of our collaborative approach, the team collected and analyzed a vast amount of documentation, interviewed 20 executives and leaders, conducted supplemental research, and performed in-depth comparative analysis between the client’s program and the firm’s program framework.

As part of the deliverable, the team also identified approximately 25 ethics and compliance risk areas (e.g., bribery and corruption, environmental compliance, quality, mergers and acquisitions, etc.) that were relevant to the client, of which six risk areas were determined to be a top priority moving forward. Following the assessment, the client asked the Grant Thornton team to move to phase two, which involved conducting a deep dive risk assessment into each of the top six risk areas and developing risk mitigation action plans.
