Program Content:
Many organizations are struggling to determine the right hybrid workforce approach. Getting hybrid right requires an organization to consider many different, and at times competing, priorities from business operations to employee engagement and regulatory compliance. With the increased competition for skilled workers, failing to design and implement an effective approach could have a real impact on a company’s ability to achieve growth objectives. In this session we outline the elements organizations need to consider in order to develop a successful hybrid worker strategy, including tax, technology, culture, talent management, real estate, HR policies, change management, employee listening and other factors.
