Please join us for our 2017 Associate M&A Education Program
You are invited to join Grant Thornton & BakerHostetler for the sixth and final session of a six-part training designed to provide insights into multiple aspects of the transaction lifecycle, including purchase agreement notifications, approaches to due diligence, tax considerations and other key deal issues.
To celebrate the culmination of this program, we will be hosting a reception immediately following the training session. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
