New Energy Credit Incentives for Health Systems
Event Description
New tax incentives can help hospitals integrate their environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities. While historically, hospitals have been slow to embrace ESG, most are already committed to diversity, social determinants of health, and other missions that are often included under the umbrella term “ESG.” These energy credit incentives will likely accelerate healthcare organizations in development of robust ESG programs, greater transparency about those programs and their results. During this webcast we will discuss a variety of ways that hospitals can leverage these new incentives to make their buildings more energy efficient and decrease their carbon footprint in their communities.
