Interesting Tax Interactions Between Partnerships & Corporations

Event Description

Please join our webcast to explore interesting tax interactions that occur between corporations that own partnerships and partnerships that own corporations. Some of these tax interactions may be expected, others are likely unexpected and there are required actions. In addition, we will explore exit strategies involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). Attendees should obtain a better understanding of tax interactions between these two distinctly different entity types in real world business applications.
