The OECD’s historic agreement on 15% global minimum tax has kicked off a series of actions from tax authorities around the world. Though OECD has set an ambitious target of 2023 for the implementation, however, there are many unanswered questions. As over 130 countries begin to implement the Pillar 2 framework, interesting trends are emerging and taxpayers are seeking clarity on how the provisions impact the businesses.
