Redesigning Strategy for Growth
Event Description
“Today’s Not-for-Profit and Higher Education Landscape: Part 1 – Redesigning Strategy for Growth” will cover the elevated market opportunities that not-for-profit organizations and higher education institutions are seeking to capture due to societal and economic shifts, as well as changing stakeholder needs. While NFP/HE organizational leaders commonly see their role of formulating strategy as one of their most critical responsibilities, we as an industry have traditionally stopped short of driving towards growth. No longer is that the case.
Leading not-for-profits are increasingly centering their strategy development and strategic planning efforts toward the creation of clear and compelling growth agendas. Depending on the organization, growth can be found in a variety of areas: mission impact, financial performance, organizational size and scale, workforce expansion, geographic footprint, etc.
Join us for a discussion regarding growth strategy formulation as we offer industry-centered perspectives and speak to not-for-profit case studies as leaders and organizations plan for, adapt to and seize shifting market conditions to drive toward future expansion and success.
