Event Description
An increasing number of not-for-profits are creating and updating policies around diversity, equity and inclusion in order to respond to the changing needs of their employees, donors, board members and constituents. In this webcast, we look at how the role of a Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) is evolving in response to these changing needs, and also offer guidance to organizations that are not yet large enough to have a dedicated CDO.

She joined Grant Thornton in September 2003 after spending eight years at a Big Four firm.
