Event Description
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been many changes to the M&A landscape and deal outcomes. Now the industry is facing new challenges. During this webcast, we will review some of the major changes within the industry and focus on the new challenges. Our team will discuss financial due diligence approaches and purchase agreement drafting considerations in addition to providing post-transaction dispute examples. Our presenters bring their experiences and anecdotes from advising on hundreds of deals pre-signing and resolving numerous post-closing disputes.
