The UK has released the long-awaited guidance regarding the Bribery Act 2010, which will come into force on July 1, 2011. This important legislation introduces more aggressive and far-reaching penalties for noncompliance than its U.S. counterpart ─ the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
